INGREDIENTS
- 2 cups of oatmeal
- 3 cups of milk
- 2 cups of water
- 1/4 cup of cane sugar
- 2 tablespoons of maple syrup
- 2 teaspoons of cinnamon
- 2 teaspoons of vanilla extract
- 1/4 teaspoon of salt
- 1/4 cup of blueberries
- 1/4 cup of grated coconut
- butter grease to the pot
INSTRUCTION
- Coat the pot with butter or cooking spray to prevent the oats from sticking, mix all ingredients except for blueberries and coconut.
- Press the Slow Cook button and cook at low temperature for 4 to 6 hours or 2 to 3 hours at high temperature.
- During the last 10 minutes, add blueberries and coconut.
- Serve with maple syrup.
