• 4 boneless pork chops
  • 2 tablespoons of extra virgin olive oil
  • 1/2 cup of fresh grated parmesan cheese
  • 1 teaspoon of salt
  • 1 teaspoon of pepper
  • 1 teaspoon of garlic powder
  • 1 teaspoon of onion powder
  • 1/2 teaspoon of freshly ground black pepper


  • Dry pork chops with a paper towel and then dip both sides in oil.
  • In a bowl, mix the parmesan cheese and spices, and use the mixture to coat pork chops evenly on both sides
  • Put the pork chops in the pot, using the Sear/Saute program to bake at 370" F for 4 minutes on each side.
