OATMEAL WITH BLUEBERRIES

INGREDIENTS
  • 2 cups of oatmeal
  • 3 cups of milk
  • 2 cups of water
  • 1/4 cup of cane sugar
  • 2 tablespoons of maple syrup
  • 2 teaspoons of cinnamon
  • 2 teaspoons of vanilla extract
  • 1/4 teaspoon of salt
  • 1/4 cup of blueberries
  • 1/4 cup of grated coconut
  • butter grease to the pot

INSTRUCTION

  1. Coat the pot with butter or cooking spray to prevent the oats from sticking, mix all ingredients except for blueberries and coconut.
  2. Press the Slow Cook button and cook at low temperature for 4 to 6 hours or 2 to 3 hours at high temperature.
  3. During the last 10 minutes, add blueberries and coconut.
  4. Serve with maple syrup.
