INGREDIENTS
- 4 boneless pork chops
- 2 tablespoons of extra virgin olive oil
- 1/2 cup of fresh grated parmesan cheese
- 1 teaspoon of salt
- 1 teaspoon of pepper
- 1 teaspoon of garlic powder
- 1 teaspoon of onion powder
- 1/2 teaspoon of freshly ground black pepper
INSTRUCTION
- Dry pork chops with a paper towel and then dip both sides in oil.
- In a bowl, mix the parmesan cheese and spices, and use the mixture to coat pork chops evenly on both sides
- Put the pork chops in the pot, using the Sear/Saute program to bake at 370" F for 4 minutes on each side.
