Ingredients:
1 chicken
1/2 teaspoon of pepper
2 teaspoons of pepper
1 onion
1 teaspoon of thyme
1 clove of garlic
2 teaspoons of salt
Instruction:
Step 1: Rinse the whole chicken with water and dry it with a paper towel. Mix the spices in a bowl and then spread evenly on the whole chicken.
Step 2: Cut the onion into slices, place on the bottom of the pot, and add a cup of water.
Step 3: Place the chicken with the spice mixture on top of the onion and cook for 8 hours at low temperature using the Slow Cook program.
